We have also been visited by the Dog's Trust who ran and assembly and workshops for our children teaching them all about being safe around dogs.
A member of year 6 led a KS2 assembly on 'Being Kind Online' on 20th November and shared her personal experience of what can happen on group messaging apps such as 'WhatsApp'. She shared both sides of social media: the good and the not so good and KS2 listened really well. Thank you for your passion on this subject! (Picture on the left). Another member of year 6 led an assembly on respecting our world on the 21st January. He feels very passionate about everyone doing their 'bit' to look after our world, specifically animals at risk of becoming extinct. (Picture on the right).
